• Copying, scraping, or reverse-engineering any part of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloMellon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed US $100.

8. No Service Agreement

The Site does not offer services for purchase and does not create a service agreement. If you become a HelloMellon customer, your use of our platform and services will be governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement, not these website Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or legal requirements. We will post the updated version with a new Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance.
